Reception/Customer Service (starting at 30h/Week)

Your tasks:

  • Welcoming First-Time-Flyers and Pro-Flyers (Booking, Payment, Cross-/Up-Selling, Flightschedule, Customer Service)
  • Working with our Booking Software (Managing Bookings, Photos, Videos)
  • Consulting Visitors regarding Flight Packages and additional offers (in person and by telephone/via E-Mail)
  • Managing Flight Schedules
  • Mediating conflicts professionally, while keeping a cool head and acting both on behalf of client (customer satisfaction) and Windobona.

Your profile:

  • You have a “Yes-We-Can”-mentality and enjoy working in a team
  • You have experience in customer service and are ready to tackle a diverse set of daily tasks
  • Very Good English- and German Skills
  • Friendly, confident attitude with a high sense of responsibility
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Good Computer Skills
  • The ability to keep calm and remain friendly in high-stress situations
