How quickly will I receive a response?
We make every effort to answer enquiries as quickly as possible. For short-notice booking questions, the best way to reach us is by phone during our opening hours.
Can I change or reschedule my booking?
For the best experience we recommend to bring comfortable sports clothing and tight sneakers. Everything else, you will get from us.
I have a voucher from a partner platform, not directly from you. How can I redeem it?
Please send us your voucher from the partner platform as an email attachment, together with your name, email address and phone number. We will then check your voucher and get back to you. If you have any further questions, you are also welcome to call us directly.
Can I request a corporate event or group booking?
Yes. Please let us know the desired number of participants, your preferred date and the occasion. We will get back to you with a suitable proposal.
Can I also stop by without an appointment?
You are welcome to visit us on site. However, for flights, we recommend booking in advance so that your desired flight time is available.
Where exactly is WINDOBONA located?
You can find us in Vienna’s Prater at Prater 38, 1020 Vienna. WINDOBONA is located directly in the Prater amusement area and is easy to reach by public transport, by car or on foot. Simply enter “WINDOBONA Indoor Skydiving” into your navigation app.
Do you fly alone or together with someone else on your first flight?
Beim ersten Flug bist du nicht alleine im Windkanal. Ein erfahrener Instruktor ist direkt bei dir im Flugbereich, begleitet dich während des gesamten Fluges und unterstützt dich bei Körperhaltung, Stabilität und Sicherheit. Du fliegst also selbst, wirst aber professionell betreut.
From what age and up to what weight can you fly?
Indoor skydiving at WINDOBONA is possible from the age of 8. The maximum body weight is 120 kg. It is also important that you are generally physically healthy and do not have any acute back, shoulder or disc problems.
