RECEPTIONIST
Part-time from 10 hours per week
Your tasks:
You welcome our guests and create a professional first impression.
You support first-time flyers, groups, kids’ birthdays and sport flyers at reception.
You work with our booking and POS systems.
You advise guests on flight packages, vouchers, add-ons and special offers.
You coordinate flight times and help ensure smooth daily operations.
You remain friendly, solution-oriented and reliable, even in challenging situations.
Your profile:
You enjoy working with people.
You are friendly, confident and professional.
You work reliably, accurately and enjoy being part of a team.
You speak very good German and English.
You are confident using computers, booking systems and digital tools.
You remain calm, friendly and solution-oriented, even under pressure.
Customer service experience is an advantage, but not strictly required.
INSTRUCTOR
PART-TIME FROM 10 HOURS OR FULL-TIME
Your tasks:
You support our guests before, during and after their flight in the wind tunnel.
You safely guide first-time flyers, children, groups and sport flyers through their flight experience.
You explain the most important flight and safety rules clearly and professionally.
You actively support our guests in the wind tunnel and ensure a safe flight experience.
You work closely with the instructor team, reception and management.
You focus on safety, quality and a smooth daily operation.
You remain calm, attentive and solution-oriented even in stressful situations.
Your profile:
You enjoy working with people and like direct guest contact.
You are athletic, resilient and have good body awareness.
You present yourself in a friendly, professional and responsible manner.
You speak good English and German is a big advantage.
You work reliably, focused and enjoy being part of a team.
An already completed instructor course or practical experience in the wind tunnel is a big advantage.
Experience in the sports, service or leisure industry is an advantage.
