Helpful Information for Planning Your Sky-High Team Event
Parking possibilities
WINDOBONA is located in the heart of the Vienna Prater, so we do not offer parking directly on site. The nearest parking garage is only a short walk away: Parkgarage Prater/Ausstellungsstraße.
Is the activity safe?
Yes. Indoor skydiving is a safe activity for participants who are generally healthy and do not have acute injuries or a history of untreated shoulder dislocations. Your instructor’s top priority is the safety of every participant.
What is included in the package?
Your event package includes a dedicated flight instructor, safety briefing, debriefing, full flight equipment (flight suit, helmet, goggles and ear protection) and a personal flight diploma.
What about photos and videos?
We take photos and videos during every flight. After the experience, they can be purchased at reception. All photos and videos can also be provided digitally on a WINDOBONA USB stick.
Can we hold the event privately?
You can book our event room for €29 per hour and continue your celebration after flying. For larger groups or exclusive venue bookings, simply send us a request and we will prepare a tailored offer.
Can we use our own media equipment?
Yes. A person who is not participating in the flight experience may take photos or videos of your group. For safety reasons, participants cannot use cameras, phones or other media equipment during the flight experience.
How long should we plan to stay?
Please plan around 90 to 150 minutes, depending on the package. This includes check-in, briefing, changing, flight time and debriefing.
Can we get an official company invoice?
Yes, of course. Please provide your full company billing address when booking or submitting your request.
What about food and drinks?
We can organise snacks and drinks for your group on request. Let us know what you have in mind, and we will prepare a suitable offer.
What should our team wear?
We recommend comfortable sportswear and lace-up sneakers. Flight suit, helmet, goggles and ear protection are provided by us.

Windobona’s tunnel is 15m high and 4.3m wide — large enough for up to 8 experienced flyers at once, and fully visible from the outside so friends can cheer you on.
